MGN IMO Agent Onboarding

Complete your SureLC setup and submit the information needed to begin carrier contracting.

Step One — New Agent

Create Your MGN Account

Register with your NPN and upload your MGN training certificate. Once your account is created you'll get the MGN IMO SureLC link, then tell your upline you're ready.

SureLC link pending: an administrator can add it in Admin Settings.

I have my MGN training certificate and NPN ready.

Please use the same email address throughout the onboarding and contracting process.

Step Two — Upline

Submit a Downline Contracting Request

Once your downline has created their SureLC account, complete the upline submission form so the MGN contracting team can process their carrier appointments.

The form takes about five minutes and saves your progress automatically.

Reviewed by MGN staff

Every submission is reviewed by the MGN contracting team before carrier appointments are requested.

Override calculated for you

Enter your level and your downline's level; the portal returns the exact override to enter in SureLC.

One record per agent

Each request receives a reference number so uplines and staff can track its status.
